Debi Lucas - Owners Owner of Debi's DIY Crafts and Gifts
After nearly 35 years of marriage and raising three wonderful sons, I decided to transform one of the empty rooms into a craft room haven when the last son moved out. Engaging in wreath-making and crafty homemade gifts, friends admired my creations, leading to requests for purchases. With my eldest son’s wedding in June 2018 and the subsequent marriage of my second son, I delved into crafting floral arrangements and wedding centerpieces. This Journey led to the establishment of Debi’s Craft & Gifts, a venture encouraging people to design their own crafts and gifts,ranging from personalized wreaths to wedding decor and even funeral arrangements.I find joy in this new chapter,fostering creativity and assisting others during significant moments.
Meranda Crosby Sewing
Meranda Crosby’s love for fashion led her to move away from her hometown to study fashion design at F.I.D.M. (Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising) in L.A. Upon graduating, She combined two of her favorite things Disney and design and worked in the costuming department at Disneyland. After a few years, She decided to move back to her hometown Reno, NV and pursue her passion of Bridal and Design. She started her own business called Herstory Bridal & Design where she redesigns wedding dresses and shares the unique story that comes along with each dress. She also utilizes her design skills through machine embroidery making unique and custom pieces, and in addition she teaches beginner sewing classes.
